Submit a request

Issue
An unplanned interruption to an IT service (system) or a reduction in the quality of an IT service (system). Failure of a component of the system that has not yet impacted the IT service (system) is also an Issue.

Example: When I try to press the Create button, I see this window with Internal Server Error (see screenshot). Could you please check to see what is wrong and correct it?

Enhancement
Any IT service (system) change or upgrade that increases software or hardware capabilities beyond original client specifications.

Example: We need additional reports in the system to track the activity of our users and operators. You can find detailed requirements for the requested reports attached.

Question / Information
Any request that is not an Issue or an Enhancement. Also, customers or users can use this type of request to give some valuable information to Support team.

Example: Can I add my own dashboard to Grafana? If yes, how? or We would like to inform you about significant traffic increase scheduled for this Monday morning.
